二、冷卻方法和條件;臭(chou)氧(yang)(yang)是一(yi)(yi)種(zhong)不(bu)穩定的(de)氣體(ti),具(ju)有很強的(de)氧(yang)(yang)化性。臭(chou)氧(yang)(yang)的(de)輸出濃(nong)度(du)受多(duo)種(zhong)因素的(de)影(ying)響,其中(zhong)腔體(ti)溫(wen)度(du)是最重(zhong)要的(de)因素之一(yi)(yi)。臭(chou)氧(yang)(yang)在(zai)大約 30 攝氏度(du)時會在(zai)一(yi)(yi)分鐘內(nei)減少一(yi)(yi)半。40~50℃衰減達(da)80%。 臭(chou)氧(yang)(yang)在(zai) 60℃以上立即(ji)分解。


三、驅動電壓和驅動頻率;控制系統(tong)的兩(liang)個主要(yao)部件,風扇(shan)和高(gao)頻電源(yuan),模塊(kuai)化設計,接(jie)線點少,絕緣性好。 延時開關可調,可根(gen)據臭氧產量和實際需要(yao)進行設置(zhi),操作簡單,安(an)全穩定。


四、原(yuan)料氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)含(han)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)及其(qi)清(qing)潔度(du)(du)(du)和干燥度(du)(du)(du);產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)臭(chou)(chou)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)的(de)反應(ying)物是氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),所以氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)源(yuan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)含(han)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)對臭(chou)(chou)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)發生(sheng)(sheng)器的(de)臭(chou)(chou)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)產(chan)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)有很大(da)影響(xiang)。我們以空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、分子篩制備的(de)富(fu)(fu)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)和氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)為原(yuan)料,考(kao)察氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)含(han)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)對臭(chou)(chou)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)影響(xiang),按照《臭(chou)(chou)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)發生(sheng)(sheng)器臭(chou)(chou)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)濃度(du)(du)(du)、產(chan)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)、電耗(hao)測(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)》標準一測(ce) 臭(chou)(chou)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti),并根據進氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)流量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)臭(chou)(chou)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)。如表所示(shi),氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)含(han)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)越高,產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)臭(chou)(chou)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)越大(da)。 然而(er),氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)含(han)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)和富(fu)(fu)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)對臭(chou)(chou)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)的(de)產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)影響(xiang)不大(da)。 在相同的(de)操(cao)作(zuo)條件下,臭(chou)(chou)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)產(chan)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)基本相同。
